Who is Dr. deNeze?

Born in Georgetown, Guyana and shaped by Brooklyn, Dr. deNeze knows firsthand that the most powerful thing a person can do is own their story. That conviction — forged over nearly 20 years in the college classroom at institutions including the University of Maryland College Park, University of Maryland Global Campus, Prince George's Community College, Community College of Baltimore County, and Montgomery College — is the engine behind everything she does. As a culturally responsive pedagogy scholar and published author, she brings a rare lens to communication: one that honors the fullness of who her clients are, where they come from, and the distinct voice only they can offer.

She believes storytelling isn't a technique — it's the truest form of communication. When you speak your story with clarity and courage, people don't just hear you. They feel you.

Dr. deNeze has coached Fortune 500 executives to lead with story rather than data alone, and delivered vibrant keynotes that move live audiences to action. Her clients leave not just more articulate, but more authentically themselves — equipped with a voice that is fully, powerfully their own.
